Customer Base Growth & Industry Relevance

Over the past four years, NFLOW’s customer base has grown from approximately 70 customers to more than 300 active customers today.

This growth has been driven primarily by the same hygienic processing industries, including dairy, juice, nutritional and health-focused beverages, pet food, personal care, and home care.

This progression demonstrates trust earned through execution, service reliability, response speed, and long-term lifecycle support — not marketing reach alone.


Regional Training & Cross-Border Customer

NFLOW operates an Authorized APV Service Training Center – Southeast Asia, supporting SPX FLOW Asia training activities attended by customer teams from Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Over the past two years, NFLOW has conducted more than 40 product and service training sessions, supporting customer teams across engineering, production, maintenance, and project functions.

These training programs are structured as a continuous capability-building platform rather than one-off events.


Open House Programs (2024–2025)

NFLOW conducted regional and country-specific Open House events, engaging over 360 participants from 12 countries. These programs supported regional validation and verified operational and technical capabilities for channel partners and Thailand customers, benefiting owners, senior management, key decision-makers, and all stakeholders involved in the evaluation, operation, or implementation of the equipment.
